Who We Are

A Heat Treatment Factory

BJ-BandSaw operates a precision heat treatment facility with hardening, tempering, straightening, slitting, and tooth-cutting capabilities under one roof.

We process 13 steel grades — from 75Cr1 (DIN 1.2003) for wood band saw blades, to 75Ni8 (EN 1.5634) for bi-metal backing, to die cutting rule steel and doctor blade strip.

Monthly production capacity exceeds 200 metric tons. We serve blade manufacturers, saw service centers, die cutting shops, compressor component suppliers, and printing equipment companies across Asia, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

We Don't Do

  • - M42/M51 HSS electron beam welding (bi-metal assembly)
  • - Carbide tipping (TCT blade manufacturing)
  • - Diamond blade manufacturing
  • - Steel smelting or primary rolling
  • - Retail / consumer sales

For bi-metal blade assembly: we supply the backing strip; you or your blade manufacturer handles the HSS welding and tooth grinding.
